Stora Enso has been listed in the Dow Jones STOXX Sustainability Index
for the 9th year running, as the only European forestry and
paper company listed
in the Dow Jones Sustainability Indexes (DJSI).
Stora Enso received top industry scores for climate strategy and
environmental management, as well
as the eco-efficiency of the company's operations.

The European Ecolabel is voluntary scheme, established in 1992 to
encourage
businesses to market products and services that are kinder to
the environment.
Products and services awarded the Ecolabel carry the
flower logo,
allowing consumers, including public and private
purchasers, to identify them easily.
