The first On-Line Electric Vehicle (OLEV) in the
world has kicked off in South Korea, specifically at the Seoul Zoo in
Gwacheon, Gyeonggi Province. The OLEV is the brainchild of the Korea
Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST), where it will
