The Consortium has set an ambitious goal of establishing the scientific standards to measure the sustainability of consumer products and is committed to ensuring that the system it establishes is credible, transparent and
user-friendly.
Established in December 2004 by Hart Energy Consulting’s
renowned international energy experts, the Global Biofuels Center gathers and analyzes all
relevant information from international biofuels markets delivering
it in directly usable manner to decision-makers around the globe.
The Carbon Trust (created by UK Government) cuts carbon emissions by:
● providing business and the public sector with expert advice, finance and accreditation
●stimulating demand for low carbon products and services ●developing new low carbon technologies through project management, investment and collaboration
● identifying the market barriers and the practical ways to overcome them.
