Intergovernmental Panel of Climate Change

Intergovernmental Panel of Climate Change (IPCC) is leading
body for the assessment of climate change, established by
United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) and
World Meteorological Organization (WMO) to provide the
world with clear scientific view on the current state of climate
change, its potential environmental and socioeconomic consequences.


IPCC, together with Albert Gore, are honoured by the 2007 Nobel Peace Prize.
